Hearing Aid Specialist, Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences
Theresa is a native to Florida, growing up in Sarasota. After graduation from high school, she completed her AS degree at Manatee Community College in Business. She opened a family daycare while her children were growing up and cared for young children in her home for 10 years. She received the highest level of certification for a home daycare and was National Certified as well. An opportunity to take her caring and concern from the young to the hearing impaired community through a family member has changed her life completely. She is genuinely devoted to her patients, will go above and beyond to help her patients hear better whether caring for them in person or over the phone. She takes her time with every patient, each and every visit. She is now Nationally Board Certified (this highest level of certification for a hearing specialist), a member of the International Hearing Society, Florida Society of Hearing Healthcare Professionals and licensed Hearing Aid Specialist since 2005. Due to her passion, she shares her knowledge and expertise training new specialist coming into the field. Diana Strand

Diana L Strand is an Audio Technician. Diana is originally from North Minneapolis, Minnesota and moved to Port Charlotte in 2021. Diana attended Rasmussen University and Graduated in 2009 and received an Associate degree in Medical Administration and started working at VA in Minneapolis in 2010. She also worked at Allina Health for 10 years, started in 2011, as an Insurance Specialists.
Diana began working in the hearing industry in 2021 and was drawn to the profession because she wanted to work with people and give her personal touch to feel the gratification of helping people to hear the best that they can hear.
Shawna Grasruck, PSC
Patient Services Coordinator
Shawna Grasruck is a Patient Services Coordinator. Shawna is originally from Okeechobee, FL and moved to North Port, FL in 2013. Shawna attended Indian River State College, received an Associate Degree in Social Work, Southern Technical College, received an Associate Degree in Health Information Management, and started working at Hearing Centers of Charlotte County in 2021. Shawna began working in the hearing industry in 2021 but, has worked in the Healthcare Industry for several years.
What Shawna loves most about saving hearing lives is the seeing the emotions of a person hearing better for the first time.
Outside of saving hearing lives, Shawna loves hobbies such as spending time with her husband, two sons, and her German Shephard, attending Tampa Bay Lightning Hockey games, vacationing(hiking) in the mountains, and spending the day at the beach.
